Emily was a striking dark-haired model, and has always been one of Jan's favorite. She is carrying Jan's favorite flower. Emily shows off her lacy dress and K Star R #101 doll.
The artist Jan Hagara
has the unique ability to capture the innocence of childhood that has
earned her world-wide reputation as an artist and as a creator of
collectible prints and porcelain dolls, collector plates, and
figurines. Her works, all based on her original watercolor paintings,
are instantly recognizable- young children in Victorian-era costumes
clutching dolls, toys, or flowers while looking out through wide,
wistful eyes.
