Dept 56 City News Stand 1988 Heritage Village Retired

My husband and I are downsizing and selling all of our Department 56 houses and accessories. These items have been displayed only during Christmas and then carefully repacked in there original packaging, including styrofoam, lighting and outer sleeves.

• Hand painted porcelain (Original bases were white, my husband who is very detailed, professionally painted the bases of the figures in flat brown since they were standing on a brown cobblestone sidewalk. Can easily be repainted white)
• No chips or cracks, still in like new condition
• From smoke free home.
